Information

The tenor guitar is a slightly smaller, four-string version of the steel-string acoustic guitar or electric guitar. The instrument was developed so that players of the four-string tenor banjo could double on the guitar.

Member BigPot, thought it might be fun to post this photo of his Tenor Guitar, to see if anyone here can put a maker's name to it.

For the record, he already knows exactly what it is.

So .... any guesses?

Comment by Farquhar MacGregor on February 1, 2011 at 3:45pm: Have just joined the tenor guitar group after getting a Christmas present of an Ozark tenor guitar from my wife. It may be at the lower end of the price scale but it appears to have a lovely tone to it. I gave it to a professional musician to play yesterday and he was impressed.
